Amparo Muñoz, the only woman from Spain to have won the Miss Universe title, died on Sunday night at her home, in her hometown of Malaga. She died after being sick for a long time, surrounded by her loved ones.
Amparo was a controversial Miss Universe, who renounced the title 6 months after winning it in the Philippines.
She did not crown Miss Universe 1975, in El Salvador.
Muñoz became an actress in Spain and wrote a book.
She died at the age of 56, and will always be remember as a stunning Miss Universe, perhaps one of the most beautiful ever crowned.

The Pink Panther 2, the sequel to the 2006 worldwide hit, stars Steve Martin as he reprises the role of intrepid-if-bumbling French police detective, Inspector Jacques Clouseau. When legendary treasures from around the world are stolen, including the priceless Pink Panther Diamond, Chief Inspector Dreyfus (John Cleese) is forced to assign Clouseau to a team of international detectives and experts charged with catching the thief and retrieving the stolen artifacts. Martin is joined by original co-stars Jean Reno (as Ponton, his partner) and Emily Mortimer (as Nicole, the object of his awkward affections). The investigative dream team is played by Andy Garcia, Alfred Molina, Yuki Matsuzaki (Letters from Iwo Jima) and Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan. The story is set in Paris and Rome. The film opens in UK cinemas 13th February 2009.

In many ways the film, a sequel to “Sarkar,” is similar to “The Godfather” with the political maneuverings inside an underworld family.

Miss Universe 2005 Natalie Glebova getting divorce
Miss Universe 2005 Natalie Glebova and Thai tennis star Paradorn Srichaphan are getting divorce. They have been separated since July 2010 and now decided to file for divorce. Duty and work are cited as the reason for their break up. However, the couple said they still cared for each other like good friends, said a joint statement from Paradorn and Natalie.

Natalie was crowned Miss Universe 2005 in Bangkok, Thailand, she met her future ex-husband Paradon at the 2006 Thailand Open. Soon after they got engage on April 2007 and were married on November 29, 2007 in Bangkok, Thailand.
Rocío Damiano was crowned Miss Mundo Santa Fe 2011 on February 25, 2011. Rocio is 19 year old and will represent Santa Fe in Miss Mundo Argentina 2011 pageant to be held on April 8.
